Mark your calendars now for MAAV’s 17th Annual Walk & Candlelight Vigil to be held on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 4:00 pm.

Perfect weather, a terrific turnout and superb organization by the Melrose Running Club led to a fantastic 15th year of the Melrose Run for Women! Over 800 participants and many more friends and family members turned out for this now beloved Mother’s Day tradition and major fundraiser for MAAV. This year’s pre and post-race activities took place in front of the Armory, as Pine Banks Park is currently under construction. Not to worry- the music, food and festivities went on without a hitch! A huge thanks to the Melrose Running Club for their tireless efforts in organizing this truly wonderful event. More photos here!
