Teen Dating Abuse Trainings

Research shows that abuse in relationships often begins in adolescence and that 1 in 4 teens will experience violence in their relationships. CEVP trainings educate students, parents, teachers, staff and healthcare providers to recognize and effectively respond to the warning signs of abuse in order to stop teen dating violence in the early stages.

Research also indicates that teens are most likely to confide in their friends when it comes to relationships. CEVP offers peer leadership training for students, teaching age-appropriate skills for helping peers.
